This handmade solid leather belt is crafted from a single piece of thick, quality full grain Italian leather, and dyed in your choice of finish. Each belt features an intricate design along its entire length featuring Norse (Viking) Rabbits based on a stele from the Isle of Man. The rabbits are the servants of Freyja, the goddess of war, death, love, sex, beauty, fertility, gold, and seiðr.
This is the wide belt width of 1.75", which will fit most jeans in North America, but you should definitely measure your belt loops to confirm they can accommodate it, especially if you are in a country that uses metric.
The buckle attaches with snaps, so that you may swap in your own custom belt buckle should you wish.
This belt is not available in Black and Brown, due to production constraints.
SIZING - Belt size is NOT the same as pant size. Generally for men, it's approximately 2" to 4" up, but the best way to determine belt size is by measuring an existing belt. Measure from the base of the buckle (where it meets the leather) to the hole you are currently using. This is how belt size is defined, so if it measures 38", you need a size 38 belt.
- NOTE - As our items are made to order, please allow time for crafting prior to shipping.
- NOTE - As leather is an organic medium, and the dyes we use are natural, the colour of the final product may vary somewhat from the photography, and that colour may evolve with time.
- NOTE - Our leather has good fibre structure, so may be a little stiff at first, but regular wear (and leather oil) will soften it considerably - this choice of a firm leather is deliberate as it allows for maximum durability and longevity.
- NOTE - If you need a size outside of our standard size range, we may be able to help! Just contact us to check in about the availability of suitable leather.
